AppCheckup Terms and Conditions

By purchasing AppCheckup, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

• Average turn-around time for the completion of your AppCheckup service is five (5) days for solutions of ten tables or less and ten(10) days for larger solutions. Times may vary, but this will give you an idea. We will keep in close contact with you throughout the process to let you know where things stand and how we are progressing.
• Pre v6 solutions will be converted to v6 format before analysis is performed.
• Some analyses steps cannot be performed on pre-v7 database systems. We will let you know which from the get-go.
• Please be very sure you would like these services performed before you buy them. Because they are very labor intensive, only partial refunds will be given and only for very good reasons (as determined by us) and on a case by case basis. We do reserve the right to deny the AppCheckup service outright at our discretion and as we see fit (and, of course, give you a full refund.)
• The AppCheckup service does NOT include licensed copies of any FileMaker software, Microsoft Visio, The Analyzer, The Visualizer, Brushfire or MetaDataMagic. Only relevant, printed, static or electronic copies of reports generated from these tools and/or our interpretation of said reports are included. If you would like licensed copies of any of these pieces of software included in the AppCheckup service you select, please let us know and we will happily purchase licenses for the software from their respective vendors at additional cost to you (afterward, you will "own" that software's license, of course, for your own future use and will be sole possessor of it (i.e., we will be obliged to erase it from our computers after transferring it to you)).
• If your database system has more than 21 tables, we will generate a custom quote for your particular system once we have seen it.
• We would prefer to sign a non-disclosure agreement with you prior to viewing your system. Please provide one prior to payment, if possible, for our review and signature.
• While we are 100% trustworthy, we would prefer that you provide your database system to us with either no data or only a few records of dummy data in it.
• We would prefer that you transfer your files to us via our secure FTP site. Instructions will be provided after purchase. We require that the files you transfer to us be in .zip or .sit format and we prefer that you password protect said archives, providing us the password, of course, via e-mail or phone.
• You will need to provide us with any/all master passwords to the database system(s) we will be analyzing.
• You may not have more than one "separate system" analyzed with one AppCheckup. So if you have four two-table database systems, you must buy our service for each of those four.
